Constitutional Structure of
The Federation of
Federal law making is the responsibility of an Executive with Federal Parliament consisting of a Senate (replacing The House of Lords) and Congress (replacing The House of Commons) and an independent Federal wide judiciary headed by a Federal Supreme Court. The extent of federal law shall reflect a settlement of maximum decentralisation, the exemption being issues of National Security.
Non Federal law making is the responsibility of each of the Federations constituent Kingdoms, which initially shall be:
West Wales (based on the pre-roman area that now includes
East Danelaw (based on the boundaries at the time of The
Treaty of Chippenham and including
