Crime - Detection and Punishment of a deceased Criminal

Every person that dies will have their DNA sampled. That confidential sample is compared to the UK National Criminal Intelligence DNA Database . If the are more than 2 matches to scene of crime DNA a death certificate is temporarily withheld and probate suspended. If after police investigation, including forensic accounting, CPS decide a case is valid, court proceedings against the estate take place. If the court finds for the prosecution the estate is fined and costs also recovered against the estate.

Revenue from any fines is used to fund Criminal Justice system.
