New Parliamentary Structure
A new Parliament will consist of;
1. A senate elected by proportional representation for each UK region and from which the executive is formed and acts as the primary law making body.
2. A larger house of representation elected on a constituency basis to;
Represent their constituency
Conduct the functions currently conducted by the house of Lords.
3. A house of ethics, consisting of appointed experts, faith leaders etc, to conduct the functions currently conducted by the house of Lords.
