Under occupancy council tax

The following additional charges on top of normal council tax will be made on non-commercial residential properties in the following categories;

1. 2 Bedrooms not permanently occupied (for a period longer than 10 months): + 20% of council tax charged.
2. 3 Bedrooms not permanently occupied (for a period longer than 10 months): + 40% of council tax charged.
3. 4 or more Bedrooms not permanently occupied (for a period longer than 10 months): + 60% of council tax charged.
