Voter Registration New Method

When an individual is allocated a national insurance number they are automatically registered for voting until the national insurance number is deleted (on notification of death of the individual). The address linked to the NI# (to send tax code notification etc) is used to allocate the individual to a constituency and to send poll cards/postal votes to.
