Young Offenders

Young offenders who are suitable (e.g. physically fit etc) will be enrolled for the duration of their sentance in a International Aid Development Corps, to be run by the MOD. The corp will not bear arms but will deliver humanitarian aid to commonwealth countries in non-combat zones or simular areas when requested by the United Nations.
