Democratic Defence

As part of a defence policy, based on the notion that democracies rarely attack other democracies, legislation shall be established to ensure that all foreign non-European union students will not be allowed to graduate from British universities etc.until they have graduated from a course in democracy and human rights (D&HR), a course that will be available to them without charge. The D& HR course can be taken before they arrive in the UK. UK prior to commencing their course of study at university etc.
