Post election Prime Minister selection
Legislation will be enacted to mean that a leader of the elected political party at a general election will not automatically become prime minister.
Every voter will as they vote for a party at the ballot box also have a choice of choosing one candidate out of 3 candidates for the party they have voted for.
The prime minister will be the candidate with the most votes from those voters who voted for their party in those constituencies which their party had a member elected to parliament.
Note: If the media want to smear a Labour leader (again) they will have to do it three times over with increased journalistic cost.
