Deprived constituency representation adjustment
The 100 most deprived constituencies at the time of a general election will either;
Be allowed to elect two members of parliament
Be divided into two equal constituencies each one electing a member of parliament
This is to reflect the above average case load required on a member of parliament from such constituencies.
