Land Holdership Taxation
All land not previously registered will be registered.
New registration of land over a specified area will be taxed at 10% of it’s value. Land holders such as The National Trust will be exempt.
All registered land over a specified area will be liable to a 1% tax of it’s value every year.
Revenue from Land Holdership Tax will be used to subsidise renewable energy development.
