Members of Parliament (MP) - New Membership Criteria
1. An MP must have served two terms as a local councilor before standing for election to Parliament
2. An MP must have served as local councilor for the council in which they are resident
3. After three Parliaments an MP must serve a two terms as a local councilor before standing for election to Parliament again.
